1. TRACKING INFORMATION. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page; information volunteered by the User, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

2. INFORMATION USAGE. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our sites, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, and to contact members of site news, changes and any prizes they may have won (a User may choose to opt-out if they wish). 4. DISCLOSURE. The Different District takes your privacy seriously. We do not redistribute personal information without your prior consent. Our eCommerce servers are SSL secured in order to provide you the secure and private service that you expect.

5. POLICY CHANGES. We reserve the right to change our policies at our description. Should such a change affect you directly or indirectly, you will be notified via email. In addition, your account will show you the new policy upon login for your review. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to disagree and terminate your membership and agreement with the Different District.

6. INFORMATION ACCESS. Upon request we provide authorized individuals (that is; you, senior staff, and government agencies) with access to all information that we maintain about them. All personal information collected by User(s) is considered Confidential Information.

7. SECURITY. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
